Master\u2019s in Corporate Legal Advisory (MAJ) and Master in Business Administration (MBA), from Instituto de Empresa (IE). <\/p>\n\n<p>My professional career has been developed at Ernst &amp; Young, in the Legal Department of the Iberostar Group, and as a partner at Roca Junyent.<\/p>\n\n<p>Specialised in Commercial, Corporate, Civil, Contract, Administrative and Planning Law.<\/p>\n\n<p>I regularly advise national and international companies and individuals as a trusted legal adviser in a long-term relationship, especially in the tourism, real estate and foreign investment sectors, also acting as company secretary and legal adviser to various companies.<\/p>\n\n<p>I have experience in conflict management and civil, commercial and administrative litigation.
