My professional career has been developed at Ernst & Young, in the Legal Department of the Iberostar Group, and as a partner at Roca Junyent.
Specialised in Commercial, Corporate, Civil, Contract, Administrative and Planning Law.
I regularly advise national and international companies and individuals as a trusted legal adviser in a long-term relationship, especially in the tourism, real estate and foreign investment sectors, also acting as company secretary and legal adviser to various companies.
I have experience in conflict management and civil, commercial and administrative litigation. I have been appointed on multiple occasions as Insolvency Administrator by the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, participating in corporate restructuring and asset management processes.
I combine legal practice with university teaching, as an associate professor at the University of the Balearic Islands, in the areas of Corporate Law, Tourism Contracting and International Trade, and as a supervisor for the Master’s Final Project of the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (ICAIB–UIB).
