I began my professional career at the family firm Garau Abogados, where I trained for more than fifteen years in Tourism Law, hotel contracting, tourist rentals and legal advice to companies in the tourism and business sectors. Since 2003, I have worked as legal counsel for Crédito y Caución S.A., a leading credit insurance company, gaining extensive experience in debt recovery, the management of commercial disputes and court proceedings at all stages.
I regularly advise companies and individuals on civil, corporate, real estate and commercial matters, providing comprehensive legal support and solutions tailored to each case. On numerous occasions, I have been appointed by the Commercial Courts of the Balearic Islands as Insolvency Administrator and as Partition Accountant in inheritance proceedings, taking an active role in business restructuring processes and asset management.
